Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Aura Photo & Video (“Company,” “we,” “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you”). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide professional photography and videography services as agreed upon in writing or via invoice/contract.

3. Booking and Payment

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date. This retainer is applied toward the total cost of services.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled event/session.
   

4. Changes and Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days in advance of the original booking date.
   
• Rescheduling is subject to our availability and may incur additional fees.
   

5. Delivery of Materials

• Delivery timelines for photos and videos will be specified in the contract or invoice.
   
• Final products will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
   
• We reserve the right to use selected images/videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
   

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All photos and videos remain the copyright of Aura Photo & Video.
   
• The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered images/videos for personal or agreed commercial purposes.
   
• Unauthorized editing, resale, or distribution is prohibited.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
